To be successful for decades means that a brand is doing something right. But shouldn’t you still reflect on your own positioning and its importance to the customer?

Definitely! And that is exactly what Frey Automobile is constantly doing. Frey asks itself important questions: How should a car retailer position itself in times of new mobility? How can you completely rethink mobility and build customer relationships? The answers to these questions, which Frey discovered together with brand unit, were so interesting that we walked the talk.

More specifically: repositioning and rebranding.

‘Moving Friends’ became Frey Automobile’s new claim and this claim should be fully implemented. We developed brand modules that really take the friends seriously and bring the moving to new levels for a car retailer. And because actions speak louder than words even when it comes to brand modules, we got started: New services for friends (customers…), a Frey Academy, events, and so on. And, of course, we also had to talk about it. The result was a completely new way of storytelling, a new brand world – in terms of content through communication and formally through a new corporate design.
