A little thought experiment: One person alone does not make a brand.
It takes a lot of people. The combined actions of this crowd form and shape the brand. Your smile is the brand’s smile. Your promises are the brand’s promises. What’s the easiest way to understand a brand? By looking at exactly these people. We did precisely that – with an innovative employer branding project for the energy supplier OMV Trading.
In video interviews, employees reflect on what the OMV Trading brand represents and what makes it so special.
It’s a unique document because at the time of production, the OMV-Trading was newly founded and had not yet started any brand communication. These videos represent a brand as a construct of social structures. The company’s employees are the architects and builders of this construction and they continue working on it every day.
