PremiQaMed

Signage

We love complex tasks. That’s not an exaggeration—we truly do.

Now we had the opportunity to accompany the three companies PremiQaMed Group, Mavie Next, and Mavie Work as they moved into a shared, newly designed office at the Austria Campus. What unites the three? Health as a central value.

For the new office, we developed a wayfinding and signage concept that considers the specific needs of the employees, integrates the architectural and contextual elements, and remains neutral to accommodate the distinct identities of each company.

The wayfinding system spans two floors and includes overview maps and directional signs to various areas at all entrances. The office space was divided into different zones, each assigned a specific color. Meeting rooms were named after herbs, accompanied by illustrations and descriptions of their healing properties. Signs for amenities such as restrooms, printers, tea kitchens, wardrobes, and showers adopted the color of their respective zones for easy navigation.

Additionally, we introduced guidelines (such as functional collaboration, order, bookings, etc.) to facilitate smooth cooperation.

These guidelines are displayed as posters and postcards throughout the office, each featuring an icon and a matching text. The color choices for the different areas were carefully coordinated with the interior design to ensure a harmonious overall look. As the saying goes, curiosity opens doors, and we signpost them.
